THE OPPORTUITY
Our federal government client is seeking an APS4 Senior Service Support Officer to assist in managing their Contact Centre’s day-to-day administrative support functions to ensure quality services to their users.
Key accountabilities
- Undertake frontline telephony duties and manage all initial client and stakeholder contact
- Efficiently interact with multiple ICT systems to manage client information systems and respond to frontline telephony as the member of a remote administrative team
- Contribute to overall service delivery via Queue Management duties
- Monitor and ensure compliance to telephony schedule and standards
- Facilitate timely resolution of process and procedural queries
- Provide process knowledge and support to the team
- Provide front of house and administrative support across all service delivery streams inclusive of data entry and record keeping
Key skills & requirements
- Strong IT and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic telephony environment
- Prior experience providing clinical administrative support for the delivery of mental health and wellbeing services would be well regarded
This role is based in Brisbane and offers flexible hybrid working and may require you to work in a rostered environment and adhere to work schedules.
