We are currently recruiting a Senior Specialist – P2P & Contract Management for a period of 5-Months with our client based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist – P2P & Contract Management to lead compliance and governance across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring procurement processes align with Dubai Government regulations while driving continuous improvement across category management and procurement operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) compliance, including self-audits, risk management, and process governance
- Ensure purchase order (PO) compliance and data integrity through regular reviews and monitoring
- Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance & Risk Management (CARM) cycle, including design and testing of procurement controls
- Act as the key liaison between Supply Management and Risk & Assurance teams to implement global initiatives and address audit findings
- Oversee contract governance, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, Dubai Government regulations, and internal policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen procurement controls and efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIPS)
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, audit, or finance with strong knowledge of P2P/S2P and contract management.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and procurement platforms (Tejari)
- Experience in strategic and operational sourcing.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
Please note: This is a fixed term contract for a period of 5 Months.
