Job Purpose
- responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling inventory while ensuring stock accuracy, SAP compliance, FIFO/FEFO execution, and warehouse operational efficiency.
Description
- Oversee all activities related to receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking beverages and supplies.
- Lead a team of storekeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Manage inventory levels by implementing minimum and maximum stock levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, usage trends, and potential stockouts to support informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize inventory management practices
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse or distribution centre. Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations.
Qualification
- Diploma, Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
