Job Summary : The Senior Vice President – Sales is responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth of Gunkul’s Solar Rooftop and Non-Solar businesses. The role drives commercial expansion across industrial, commercial, government, and utility sectors while developing new business opportunities in energy solutions, electrical engineering services, EPC projects, and emerging energy businesses.

The SVP will oversee nationwide sales operations, strategic partnerships, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve the company’s growth objectives and long-term profitability.

Job Description :

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive business growth for Solar Rooftop solutions including PPA, EPC, and investment models
  • Expand non-solar businesses such as electrical engineering services, EPC projects, energy solutions, and related industrial services
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments

2. Business Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with industrial clients, commercial customers, developers, and government agencies
  • Lead major commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Explore new energy business opportunities and adjacent markets

3. Key Account Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
  • Oversee customer engagement and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Lead executive-level discussions with major clients and stakeholders

4. Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop sales teams nationwide
  • Establish sales KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive programs
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture and strengthen talent capabilities

5. Commercial & Financial Management

  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure profitability and sustainable growth across business segments

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Management teams
  • Support project execution and customer delivery excellence
  • Participate in corporate strategic planning initiatives

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management
  • At least 8–10 years in senior leadership role
  • Experience in Solar Rooftop, renewable energy, EPC, electrical engineering, infrastructure, or industrial solutions business
  • Strong network within industrial, commercial, and government sector
  • Proven track record in achieving multi-billion-baht revenue target
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skill
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
