We're Hiring | Site Supervisor (Civil)
Greenscapers Enterprises is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our execution team.
At Greenscapers, we specialize in the design and execution of premium landscape, hardscape, and outdoor living projects across Pakistan. Our work combines civil engineering, architecture, horticulture, structural elements, water features, lighting, and finishing to create exceptional outdoor environments.

Position Details
Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Head Office: Lahore
Work Location: Project Sites Across Pakistan (Candidates must be willing to travel and be deputed to project sites.)
Eligibility Criteria
* DAE in Civil Engineering or relevant studies (Mandatory)
* Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site supervision/execution experience
* Strong understanding of civil construction practices and execution methodologies
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and multiple site activities efficiently
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Manage labour, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
* Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
* Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues.
* Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining the highest quality standards.
