Role Description
• Oversee all on-site finishing works (fit-outs)
• Lead and coordinate site workers, subcontractors & suppliers
• Enforce quality standards and HSE compliance
• Manage materials, costs, and project schedules
• Report progress to the Project Manager and liaise with clients & architects
✅ What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in civil finishing
• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques & materials
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
