Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver clients' social media strategies.
- Provide social media / influener marketing services for clients.
- Coordinate production stages for projects, collaborating with colleagues and suppliers.
- Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, XHS, WeChat and more.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding and anticipating their needs.
- Collaborate on service feedback, market demand, and new feature development.
- Track campaign performance with data analytics and generate insightful reports.
- Conduct research and prepare marketing decks to support new business pitches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in social media, advertising, marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates with internships or relevant coursework welcome!).
- Strong attention to detail and basic project management skills.
- Proactive mindset for identifying innovative social media solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Well-organized, resourceful, a skilled problem-solving pro who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
