We are inviting a Retired (Additional Collector, Joint Secretary, or Personal Secretary to Cabinet Minister, Gujarat Govt.) to join our leadership circle as Special advisor – Strategic & Government Affairs.
The Mission
You have spent decades at the heart of the government administration. You understand the "why" behind the "how." In this role, you will be the Bridge, the strategic link between our corporate vision and the administrative machinery of Gujarat.
What Your Mandate Will Look Like
- Strategic Navigation: Providing high-level counsel on inter-departmental coordination, ensuring our operations align seamlessly with state protocols.
- The Management’s Counselor: Serving as a "First-Circle" advisor to the Chairman on governance, policy interpretation, and regional stakeholder management.
- Administrative Diplomacy: Representing the Group’s interests with the same dignity and integrity you brought to your public office.
- Troubleshooting & Foresight: Identifying potential administrative roadblocks before they arise and crafting sophisticated, compliant solutions.
The Profile of Excellence
- A retired officer from the Gujarat Administrative Service (GAS) or IAS who has held the post of Additional Collector, Joint Secretary, or Personal Secretary to a Cabinet Minister (Gujarat Govt.).
- A true "Generalist" who understands that successful business requires a mix of legal, social, and administrative harmony.
- A deep, respected network within the Gujarat bureaucracy and a lifetime of "on-ground" wisdom.
