Job Purpose:
Support the Investor Relations function by managing investor data, conducting market research, preparing reports and presentations, supporting feasibility studies and business development initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the investor database and track the investor pipeline.
- Conduct market research and identify potential investors.
- Analyze market trends and prepare reports, dashboards, and investor presentations.
- Support due diligence, feasibility studies, and business planning.
- Coordinate internal data collection for investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and government entities.
- Monitor KPIs and report business performance to senior management.
- Support hospitality asset management by monitoring operational and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
