We are hiring a Senior Officer Digitization to support digital banking initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance and reliable platform performance.
The role focuses on digital platform management through stakeholder coordination, system reporting, and service enhancements across mobile and web channels. It ensures seamless onboarding, regulatory compliance, and consistent digital performance. By driving innovation and strengthening customer journeys, the Officer contributes to building a resilient and future ready digital banking ecosystem.
- Drive digital transformation by leading onboarding features and ensuring platform stability across mobile and web channels
- Act as custodian for digital applications, validating UAT and managing vendor/internal escalations
- Perform testing (sanity, regression) to guarantee seamless customer experience across Android, iOS and internet banking
- Oversee system reporting including alerts, error mapping, and backend dashboards for operational accuracy
- Manage configurations, requirement gathering, UAT validation and controlled production deployments
- Coordinate vendor integrations for biller onboarding, mapping, and smooth payment services
- Ensure compliance with central bank guidelines and digital banking regulations
- Supervise feature enhancements across account management, payments & transfers, security, and customer experience
- Track vendor deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Support innovation by identifying emerging fintech trends and recommending new digital solutions
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, compliance, and IT teams to deliver integrated digital services
- Enhance customer experience through simplified journeys, improved authentication, and responsive support channels.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital banking, fintech, or IT systems with exposure to mobile/web platforms
- Knowledge of UAT, regression testing, and system reporting tools (e.g., Jira, dashboards)
- Familiarity with digital payments, integrations, and regulatory compliance in financial services
