Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Station Manager located in Gimhae. The Station Manager will oversee daily station operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity. Responsibilities include managing logistics and supply chain functions, coordinating project deliverables, supervising and training staff, maintaining operational standards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to solve challenges in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

- Strong organizational, planning, and strategic management skills
- Excellent leadership, team management, and training capabilities
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with government contracting or a deep understanding of compliance requirements is highly valued
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred
- Familiarity with operational standards and best practices in logistics and facilities management is an advantage
