Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Development Associate to support early-stage business development across AI computing infrastructure, energy systems, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
This role provides exposure to strategic partnerships, cross-border projects, and industry ecosystem development at the intersection of AI and energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic partnership development across AI infrastructure, data centers, energy, and infrastructure sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders, energy companies, industrial clients, and strategic partners
- Support project origination, commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and execution
- Monitor industry trends across AI computing, digital infrastructure, and energy markets
- Support senior management in strategic initiatives and cross-regional business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in business development, project development, strategic partnerships, investment, or government-related roles
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- Understanding of AI infrastructure, data centers, energy, power, or infrastructure sectors is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a cross-cultural environment
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
Preferred Background
- Experience or exposure to Thailand or broader Southeast Asia market is highly preferred
- Background in energy, power utilities, infrastructure, AI/data center ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with government agencies, state-owned enterprises, or large industrial groups
- International education or overseas work experience
- High-growth potential individuals with strong business acumen and network-building capability
