You will be joining a small, high-performing team of 4–5 professionals, working collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
Your new role
This is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Contribution Lead to take ownership of key contributions and financial planning frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in developing and reviewing contribution structures, managing development expenditure, and leading negotiations with key stakeholders.
Working across planning and finance, you will ensure frameworks are robust, commercially sound, and aligned to growth objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong background in finance, development contributions, or infrastructure funding
Experience with contributions frameworks and planning controls
Proven capability in budget management and development expenditure oversight
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively within a small, collaborative team environment
Experience within local government or similar planning environments is highly desirable.
