- Location: Chtoura, Beqaa, Lebanon (On-Site)
- Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
At Medlink Students, we help aspiring medical and dental students gain admission to leading universities across Europe. We are looking for a dedicated Student Support Supervisor to lead and support our Student Support team while ensuring an exceptional experience for our students throughout their admissions journey.
What You'll Do:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Student Support Coordinators.
• Oversee student applications from enrolment through to university admission.
• Support students with documentation, interviews, visas, and relocation processes.
• Monitor application progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle complex or escalated student cases.
• Communicate with universities, embassies, and partner institutions.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems.
• Support onboarding, training, and the sharing of best practices.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence within the department.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in student support, admissions, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools.
• A proactive, solution-focused, and student-centred mindset.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience is an advantage.
