This role is ideal for students enrolled in Land Use Planning or a related field. You will engage in diverse planning efforts on various projects throughout northern and central Ontario. Your contributions will include critical analyses, application preparations, and site meetings, supporting overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning project delivery across Ontario
• Conduct Property Due Diligence for client projects
• Prepare applications for planning permissions
• Attend site meetings to assess constraints
• Collaborate with professionals and government agencies
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Land Use Planning program
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Valid Class G driver’s license
