- Supervises, coordinates, and monitors the implementation of administrative and operational functions within the Department.
- Assists in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of department programs, projects, activities, and administrative support services.
- Provides technical and administrative supervision, guidance, and support to assigned personnel to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Reviews, prepares, and endorses reports, memoranda, communications, and other official documents related to departmental operations and human resource management functions.
- Ensures compliance with existing Civil Service Commission rules, government laws, regulations, policies, and internal office procedures.
- Coordinates with various offices, departments, and external agencies regarding administrative and human resource-related concerns and requirements.
- Performs other related administrative, supervisory, and human resource management duties as may be assigned by higher authorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Training
- 16 hours of relevant training
Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Salary Grade 22

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
