General Description
This full time, Team Leader role involves close and regular interaction with all members of the Team, Accountants, Compliance Officers and regulators.
The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor – Trust/Corporate Department.
Duties
- Guide corporate administrators in the provision of corporate services to clients;
- Prepare drafted legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, within agreed deadlines;
- Perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities;
- Co-ordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues in order to gather information and documentation required to carry out assignments;
- Ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met;
- Maintain good standing of the companies under your administration.
- Conduct file reviews and communicate deficiencies/recommendations to Team Leader or Compliance Team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time.
- Train junior administrator(s) to perform the above duties under their supervision
Requirements
- Possess university degree in the field of Finance or Legal / or professionally qualified Chartered Secretary;
- 8 years of experience in provision of corporate services to international clients
- fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
