Key Responsibilities
- Client Pitch Support:
- Assist in preparing high-quality client pitch documents.
- Help draft presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings.
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to ensure all materials align with company messaging and branding.
- Lead Follow-Up & Stakeholder Management:
- Follow up with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure timely responses to client queries and smooth execution of deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to track and close leads, ensuring seamless customer experience from initial contact to deal closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are being met and to streamline processes for faster deal closure.
- Opportunity Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and track opportunities within the corporate wellness market, including lead generation, progression, and closure.
- Market Mapping & Research:
- Map opportunities within the health insurance and wellness sectors, specifically targeting corporate clients and government business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Work with senior team members to strategize on targeting and engaging high-potential clients.
