- Hands on operational experience of HT/LT electrical installations viz Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Panels,DG Sets,Pumps,Motors, Panels, UPS , Batteries, RMU and other allied electrical installations.
- Hands on operational experience of HVAC – Centralized water-cooled Chillers (700 TR and above), AHU, Exhaust system, Cooling Towers, HRW, VAV /VRF/ Split AC Units.
- Hands on operational experience of ELV – BMS, Access control, CCTV, Biometric, material scanners
- Hands on operational experience of Firefighting equipment/system – Fire pump system, Fire control system such as smoke detector, sprinkler, Fire extinguisher etc. and other related installation of high-rise building.
- Knowledge & operational experience of other Electro-Mechanical system – Stack parking, Cafeteria equipment’s , Gym equipment , Façade cleaning system, Security motorized gate etc.
- To ensure Maintenance of all Technical installations.
- Knowledge & operational experience of Civil & carpentry work – Painting / POP/ Flooring / Waterproofing etc.,
- Knowledge & operational experience of Plumbing & Piping of Highrise building.
- Management & Coordination with OEM vendor / FM Partner and other occupants/stakeholders in building.
- Monitoring of AMC’s & renewal in coordination with purchase team.
- Liasoning with Govt bodies – MCGM, MSEDCL, MPCB, MGL etc.
- To maintain tracker of government licenses and renew it from time to time.
- Tennat billing – CAM charges, Electricity charges, HVAC charges etc.
- Basic knowledge of IT and AV Systems.
