Position Overview

Elite Edge Partners is seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to support the company’s growing staffing, recruiting, consulting, and advisory business lines. This individual will lead full-life cycle recruiting efforts for technical, operational, professional, executive, and cleared positions supporting both commercial and government sector customers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, understands relationship-driven recruiting, and can identify top talent across technology, engineering, operations, consulting, cybersecurity, AI, program management, and corporate support functions.

This role will work closely with leadership, account executives, hiring managers, and clients to support workforce growth initiatives and strategic hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-life cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Recruit for technical, cleared, engineering, consulting, management, operations, and corporate positions.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates across government and commercial markets.
  • Support contract staffing, direct hire recruiting, executive search, and surge staffing requirements.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, industry events, social media, and proactive outreach strategies.

Client & Hiring Manager Support

  • Collaborate with internal leadership and customers to understand staffing requirements, labor categories, technical skillsets, and cultural fit.
  • Support proposal staffing, capture efforts, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assist with labor market research, compensation benchmarking, and recruiting strategy development.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Business Growth Support

  • Support Elite Edge Partners’ broader consulting and advisory growth initiatives through talent identification and workforce delivery.
  • Help identify strategic recruiting opportunities and customer staffing trends.
  • Contribute to process improvements, recruiting operations, and talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting government contracting, technology, consulting, engineering, cybersecurity, or professional services environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full-life cycle recruiting and candidate relationship management.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting cleared recruiting and government contract staffing.
  • Familiarity with DoD, DHS, Federal Civilian, Intelligence Community, or technology sector hiring.
  • Experience supporting staffing for consulting, AI, cybersecurity, engineering, IT modernization, or digital transformation programs.
  • Existing candidate network within government contracting or technical markets is a plus.
