Duration: 12months (Possible extension/conversion)
Responsibilities:
Managing incoming requests via email (e.g., invoices, refunds, contract status).
Liaising with an external vendor, Calero, for billing and contract queries.
Handling a queue/ticket system (approx. 30 tickets/month with 2–3 day SLA).
Inventory cleanup—verifying paid items are in use and updating records.
Frequent vendor meetings (mostly as listeners, occasional participant for assigned tasks).
Contract management, procurement, renewals, amendments, and coordination with finance.
Supporting business owners within, especially networking and voice teams regarding billing and contracts.
Essential Skills:
Ability to read invoices, understand telecom billing, and know procurement processes.
Strong written and verbal communication (key for heavy email and vendor correspondence).
Experience with ticketing systems and contract management.
Investigative/research skills—problem-solving, tracking invoices/contracts, verifying allocations.
Comfort with vendor phone/email communication.
Technical:
Experience in telecom or similar industry is preferred.
Tools: Familiarity with Ariba or similar systems; advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, report generation, invoice reconciliation).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in telecom or equivalent, and/or contract management.
Resume keywords of interest: contract management, procurement, invoice processing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Workload
Manage approximately 30 tickets/month, each with a 2–3 day SLA.
Handle between 100–150 emails/month (internal and vendor correspondence).
Expected to check tickets/emails every few days, ensuring processes aren’t delayed and queries from business units are addressed.
Attendance in weekly vendor meetings, mostly in a listening capacity but prepared to respond on assigned matters.
