Tajeem Enterprise Company Limited is looking for Tender & Business Development Executive (Local & International)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify, analyze, and participate in Bangladesh Government (e-GP) and local private tenders
- Search and apply for international tenders (UN agencies, NGOs, overseas projects, foreign buyers)
- Prepare complete tender/bid documents (technical & financial proposals)
- Perform BOQ analysis, rate calculation, and cost estimation (construction & supply)
- Ensure timely submission of tenders through e-GP and international platforms
- Handle export-import documentation (LC, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, HS code, customs process)
- Communicate with local and international clients via email, calls, and meetings
- Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for quotation collection and price negotiation
- Explore new markets and generate business opportunities/projects
- Track tender results and manage post-bid follow-up and negotiation
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Bangladesh e-GP tendering system (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of international tendering/bidding platforms
- Strong understanding of construction and supply chain processes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation
- Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Good Command in Bijoy Keyboard (Bangla Typing)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (flexible based on skills)
