We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector.
📌 Position: Tender Executive – Solar
📍 Location: Kolkata
🏢 Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy
💼 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
🔹 Salary: As per Industry Standards
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Tender searching through various portals (GEM, CPPP, E-Procurement, Banks, Govt. Portals, etc.)
✅ Preparation & submission of technical and commercial tender documents
✅ BOQ/BOM preparation and costing coordination
✅ Documentation, compliance & bid management
✅ Coordination with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams
✅ Knowledge of rooftop/on-grid solar projects will be an added advantag
Preferred Skills:
✔ Good communication & documentation skills
✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel & tender documentation
✔ Experience in government tenders preferred
✔ Ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines
