Step into a pivotal role as Territory Manager with our client, where you'll spearhead surgical sales (LifeSciences) initiatives across Sri Lanka’s private and government healthcare sectors. We're seeking a motivated individual with sharp business insight, deep product expertise, and a talent for cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Do
- There are two business under Edwards Structural Surgical Heart & Transcather Heart Valve, you have to focus on both
- Drive sales performance and exceed targets
- Expand market presence and develop new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Analyze market trends and forecast sales activities
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to deliver results
- Maintain accountability and ownership of business outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
- 4–5 years’ experience in medical devices or MNC pharma sales
- Prior experience managing Sri Lanka territory and SPC business preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills
