Position: Town Clerk with Legislative Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and record council meeting proceedings

• Ensure safekeeping of printed and electronic town documents

• Supervise municipal election processes as returning officer

• Manage the corporate seal and administrative functions

• Serve as ATIPP Coordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar municipal role

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred

• Proven organizational and research capabilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of municipal governance

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Townsuite software a plus
