Title: Traffic Safety Officer

Main responsibilities:
- Organization and control of compliance with road safety requirements, including adherence to legislation and the Company’s internal regulations.
- Analysis of the causes of road traffic accidents and violations, development and implementation of preventive measures, and cooperation with government authorities.
- Organization of training, briefings, and professional development of drivers, as well as maintenance of reporting and documentation related to road safety.
- Participation in the investigation of road traffic accidents and implementation of preventive measures to reduce accident rates.
- Development, coordination, and monitoring of the implementation of internal documents regulating road safety within the Company.
Requirements:
- Higher or secondary specialized education;
- At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the Road Safety Inspectorate or the automotive transport sector;
- Language skills: fluency in Russian; knowledge of Uzbek and English is preferred;
- Knowledge of regulatory legal acts, guidelines, and methodological documents on road safety, as well as the structure, purpose, and design features of motor vehicles and their technical operation rules; knowledge of traffic rules, occupational health and safety standards, and fire safety regulations;
- Confident PC user;
- Discipline, attentiveness, high level of responsibility, diligence, and the ability to make rational decisions.
