Role Overview:
Fahad AlSwailem Holdings is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Lawyer to join our legal team. This opportunity is designed for candidates looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced professional environment while working on a wide range of legal, commercial, and corporate matters.
The ideal candidate should possess strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to develop professionally within a high-performance legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in handling litigation, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Draft legal documents, memoranda, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Assist with court filings, case management, and regulatory submissions.
- Support the team in matters related to commercial disputes, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance.
- Follow up on cases and legal procedures through relevant government and judicial platforms.
- Organize legal files and maintain accurate records.
- Attend meetings, hearings, and client consultations when required.
- Utilize AI tools and legal technology platforms to improve productivity and legal research efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of legal experience (internship or professional experience).
- Excellent Arabic drafting and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Google workspace applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a law firm.
- Familiarity with Saudi legal procedures and court systems.
- Experience using legal and government platforms.
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
