🎯 The Role
We’re seeking an organized and proactive Training and Development Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee learning programs and development initiatives.
You will help ensure training activities run smoothly and that employees have access to high-quality learning opportunities.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning sessions
- Manage training schedules, calendars, registrations, and attendance tracking
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and learning resources
- Maintain training records, databases, and learning documentation
- Track training completion, feedback, and learning effectiveness metrics
- Liaise with internal trainers, HR teams, and external training providers
- Prepare reports and summaries on learning and development activities
- Support employee development initiatives and skill-building programs
- Help improve training processes and learning experiences
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR support, learning and development, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with LMS platforms is a plus
