The Universal Health Insurance Fund is seeking a Training Specialist who will participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of training processes for healthcare institutions and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver trainings in online, offline, and blended formats.
- Support the organization of trainings.
- Coordinate the training organization process.
- Provide organizational and technical support for training events.
- Participate in the development of training content materials.
- Assist in the preparation and review of texts and presentation slides.
- Enter training participation data into the system.
- Support data organization and summarization.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education or secondary vocational education in education, social sciences, management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Technical skills (Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
- High sense of responsibility.
- Time management skills.
