Senior Paralegal
- Draft, review, and redline contracts including BAAs, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and provider/payer agreements under attorney supervisio
- nMaintain contract lifecycle tracking: intake, version control, signature workflows, renewal calendars, and expiration alert
- sConduct legal and regulatory research on US healthcare matters (HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, state licensure, payer regulations) and summarize findings into actionable memo
- sManage corporate records, entity filings, and state registrations across multiple US jurisdiction
- sCoordinate with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies; prepare correspondence and meeting material
- sSupport credentialing, licensing, and provider enrollment documentation as neede
- dAssist with subpoena responses and medical records request
- sMaintain organized digital files, matter trackers, and shared workspaces (Google Drive, DocuSign, to-be-implemented Legal software
- )Prepare summaries, status reports, and dashboards for legal leadership on a weekly cadenc
