1) Bigo Live – Africa SVIP Live Streaming Operations
Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain daily operations for Africa SVIP users, top supporters, families and key streamer communities;
2. Analyze performance and user behavior data to improve user engagement, recharge performance, retention, and platform revenue;
3. Plan and execute exclusive campaigns and incentive programs targeting SVIP users;
4. Monitor reward distribution, rebate calculations, and campaign settlements to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
5. Continuously optimize SVIP operations to enhance user experience and platform loyalty;
6. Coordinate between families, hosts, agencies, supporters, and internal teams to resolve operational and user-related issues;
7. Support livestream campaigns, user segmentation projects, and key account management initiatives.
Requirements
1. Bachelors or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields;
2. Fluent in English with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
3. Experience in livestreaming, creator operations, community operations, or SVIP user management is preferred；
4. Strong data awareness with proficiency in Excel and reporting analysis;
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset;
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work flexible schedules when required.
