We are looking for a commercially minded and operationally strong Vendor Operations Manager to join our growing international BPO environment.

This role sits at the intersection of client relationships, operational delivery, and vendor performance management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing strategic outsourcing partnerships while ensuring operational excellence, service delivery performance, and long-term client success across global accounts.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong client-side exposure who understands how to operate within fast-paced, high-growth outsourced environments and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing relationships with external BPO vendors and operational partners
  • Acting as a strategic liaison between clients, operations leadership, and outsourced delivery teams
  • Driving vendor accountability against SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and service delivery expectations
  • Leading operational governance reviews and performance discussions
  • Managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues
  • Supporting onboarding and operational integration of new vendors and clients
  • Working closely with internal operational leadership across multiple regions
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, and scalability
  • Ensuring strong commercial governance and vendor compliance standards

  • Proven experience within a global BPO, outsourcing, or service delivery environment
  • Strong operational leadership capability with exposure to client-facing responsibilities
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and operational performance
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships at senior stakeholder level
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, governance, and service delivery frameworks
  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving capability
  • Strong professional network
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills
