Our client is an innovative global security technology company seeking a Vice President to lead and grow its North American business. This is not a large corporate role – it’s a hands-on leadership position within a smaller, entrepreneurial business operating across aviation, government, corrections, critical infrastructure, logistics and retail, delivering market-leading security screening technology in high-security environments.
The role carries responsibility for regional revenue growth, sales strategy, channel partnerships and day-to-day operations, while building and leading a small high-performing sales and support team and expanding the company’s footprint across key sectors. You will also run the US office, overseeing administration, logistics and operational coordination across the North American business.
We are looking for a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves leader with experience in security technology or screening solutions, who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
Candidates will need to have experience selling into Department of Homeland Security agencies, alongside a track record of developing commercial sector opportunities.
This would particularly suit someone who has run their own business or led a smaller division, and enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution.
