Job Description
Reporting directly to the President, this role serves as a core member of the University Management Team, with full accountability for finance, operations, infrastructure, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading financial strategy, multi‑year modelling, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Translating academic and enrolment strategy into robust financial and investment plans
- Overseeing institutional operations across finance, HR, IT, facilities, and campus services
- Driving capital planning and campus infrastructure development, ensuring financial discipline
- Establishing strong procurement, cost control, and vendor governance
- Embedding sustainability principles into operations and campus development
- Leading HR strategy, organizational design, and high‑performing administrative teams
- Overseeing digital systems, data governance, and cybersecurity
- Supporting government relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness
- Advising the President and Board on financial sustainability and institutional risk
The Successful Applicant
You Are a Senior Leader With
- A Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Finance, MBA, or related field preferred
- 15+ years of leadership experience in higher education or complex service organizations
- Deep expertise in financial modelling, strategic planning, and institutional governance
- Proven experience aligning financial strategy with academic and enrolment planning
- Track record managing multi‑function operations (finance, HR, IT, facilities)
- Strong stakeholder management and systems thinking capability
- Familiarity with Vietnam or Southeast Asian regulatory environments is a strong advantage
