Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals. The Vice President of Sales will develop relationships with key accounts, identify business development opportunities, manage account portfolios, and maintain industry-leading standards in sales management. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and optimize market success.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and developing long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to improve performance.
  • Proven experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities in diverse markets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a results-oriented approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare markets is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
