Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Vice Principal will collaborate with school leadership to oversee academic programs, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to the Cambridge Curriculum. Responsibilities include evaluating teaching methods, supporting teachers and staff, monitoring student progress, fostering a positive school culture, and engaging with parents to maintain strong school-community relationships. Additionally, the Vice Principal will assist in strategic planning and organizational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills, including team coordination, strategic planning, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Experience in curriculum implementation with expertise in the Cambridge Curriculum and knowledge of international educational standards.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills to connect with students, staff, and parents effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.
  • Administrative and organizational proficiency to manage school operations, evaluate performance, and oversee adherence to policies.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and prior experience in an administrative role in an educational setting.
  • A Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt to and respect the diverse school community.
