Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Visa Processing Specialist role, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The specialist will handle the processing, submission, and management of visa applications for clients, including KITAS, KITAP, VOA extensions, and other permits. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records of client files, liaising with government agencies, and providing advisory support to clients throughout the visa procurement process. The role also involves staying updated with changes in immigration policies and delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in visa processing, document preparation, and compliance with local and international immigration regulations.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and administrative tasks related to visa and permit applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and government officials.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate management of client documentation and deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Familiarity with Indonesian work visa regulations and corporate establishment services is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or any relevant field is preferred.
