We're partnering with an innovative, capital intensive organization entering its next phase of growth as a publicly listed company and are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP, Corporate FP&A to build and lead the corporate financial planning function.

This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CFO and serving as a key partner to executive leadership, the Board, and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will establish the company's financial planning framework, own the external financial model, and help shape the financial narrative presented to investors and the market.

What You'll Lead:

• Build and scale a public-company-ready FP&A function

• Own enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range modeling

• Develop and maintain external guidance frameworks and KPI reporting

• Lead Board reporting, management reporting, and variance analysis

• Support earnings preparation, investor communications, and external disclosures

• Integrate complex project economics, capital investments, funding activities, and cash planning into corporate forecasts

• Partner closely with Accounting, SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, Strategic Finance, and Business Leaders

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years of Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking experience

• Prior leadership experience within a publicly traded company

• Direct experience supporting external guidance, investor-facing financial outputs, or public company forecasting

• Deep expertise building complex financial models used by executive leadership and external stakeholders

• Experience operating in capital-intensive industries such as energy, infrastructure, utilities, industrials, manufacturing, or related sectors

• Proven ability to build scalable processes and lead through growth, transformation, IPO, or public-company transition

Preferred Background:

• IPO, de-SPAC, or early-stage public company experience

• Energy, infrastructure, utility, nuclear, or project-finance exposure

• Experience with tax credits, grants, government funding programs, or structured finance

• EPM/financial planning systems implementation experience
