Job Responsibilities
- Conducting orientation of new workers and staff.
- Conducting training programs for new workers and staff.
- Ensuring good housekeeping.
- Ensuring workplace safety.
- Ensuring company policies are properly communicated to workers and staff.
- Ensuring proper grievance handling.
- Ensuring proper counseling to all workers and staff.
- Ensuring excellent communication between management and workers.
- Providing support to HR, Admin and Compliance Departments.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: garment industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, garment production, hr management, technical knowledge of garment production, employee management, employee orientations, department management, job description creation, staff management
