- Prime International School is seeking an experienced and motivated IGCSE Coordinator to lead the successful implementation of the Cambridge International curriculum and support academic excellence across the secondary stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of the IGCSE curriculum.
- Support teachers in curriculum planning, assessment, and academic quality.
- Ensure compliance with IGCSEInternational standards and requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external examinations.
- Monitor student progress and implement academic improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents.
- Lead professional development initiatives related to the Cambridge programme.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Proven experience in coordinating the IGCSE programme.
- Strong understanding of International regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
