The Washington, DC office of an elite international law firm is seeking an associate to join its nationally recognized White Collar & Government Investigations practice group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile matters at a leading law firm, representing individuals and organizations in complex white collar criminal, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in white collar criminal defense matters and complex commercial litigation, as required.
- Assist with government investigations involving procurement, healthcare, securities, and election law.
- Support False Claims Act investigations and related litigation.
- Contribute to Congressional, regulatory, and internal corporate investigations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in federal courts where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Prior clerkship preferred, but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong professional references.
- Admission to the DC Bar strongly preferred.
- Outstanding analytical, legal writing, and oral communication skills.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $225,000–$550,000 annually, based on class year (counsel-level also being considered).
