Key Responsibilities:

• Administer access requests under ATIA and POPA

• Develop and monitor records retention policies

• Advise on best practices for records lifecycle

• Support privacy initiatives and promote transparency

• Lead training programs on records management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Records Management or similar

• 3+ years of direct experience

• Understanding of public body privacy responsibilities

• Familiarity with CRMS

• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
