THE ROLE 

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Director at our Eveleigh office, overseeing several client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery of work, that is to deadline and profitable, whilst building strong, beneficial client relationships. 

Values alignment is crucial. Someone who is agile, can-do, loves a challenge, and cares immensely about purpose and standards.

THE RIGHT PERSON 

  • Mature and highly experienced agency-side is crucial 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience at Account Director level 
  • Ideally from a small agency background 
  • Ideally experienced in brand and marketing  
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Project Management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and resources effectively
  • Excellent presenting, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes
