About The Role
Red Rock India is looking for a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial tracking. This role requires someone who can maintain accurate books while also supporting basic financial reporting and project-level profitability tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Client invoicing and accounts receivable tracking
- Vendor bill processing and payment management
- Daily bookkeeping in Tally
- Bank and ledger reconciliations
- Support GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with CA
- Assist in TDS, PT compliance and returns
Reporting
- Receivables & payables ageing
- Expense tracking
- Project-wise P&L reporting
Commercial & Documentation
- Support in government tender documentation and submissions
- Maintain and track client agreements, contracts, and renewals
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for ongoing projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (CA firm / SME preferred)
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
Compensation
25,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience)
