About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our leadership team. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business activities. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to type accurately at 20+ words per minute
  • High-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20Mbps or higher
  • Physical ability to operate office equipment and perform sedentary tasks for extended periods
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties to support daily operations
  • Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars to prevent conflicts
  • Create and curate content for the company's social media channels
  • Prepare presentations and reports based on provided instructions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and dining reservations
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of team members and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth business operations
