A top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney to join its globally recognized Antitrust Practice Group in Washington, DC or New York.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading antitrust practitioners on complex, high-stakes matters spanning litigation, investigations, and transactional counseling.

✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in antitrust, civil litigation, or related areas
✔ Experience in depositions, court filings, and managing large-scale investigations
✔ Background in M&A, HSR filings, merger compliance, or transactional counseling is a plus
✔ Prior experience in a leading law firm or government agency
✔ Strong academic credentials
✔ Excellent written and oral communication skills
✔ Admission to the applicable state bar (or eligibility to waive in)

🎯 Qualifications
• J.D. with excellent academic performance
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience

• Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
