Role Summary Oversees and supports construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved designs and quality standards. Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Track project timelines, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
- Support project managers in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in construction supervision or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and site management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
