We are partnering with a reputable international university in Dubai to appoint an Associate Manager – Student Affairs to support and enhance the non-academic student experience.
This role plays a key part in the delivery of student services, campus engagement initiatives, student conduct processes, and student leadership development. The successful candidate will work closely with academic and administrative stakeholders to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day non-academic student affairs operations
• Support student government and leadership initiatives
• Oversee student conduct, safeguarding, and policy compliance
• Coordinate student engagement programs, events, and orientation
• Provide guidance and support to students on personal and social matters
• Contribute to committees and cross-functional university initiatives
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in student affairs or student services within higher education
• Strong experience supporting student engagement and leadership activities
• Bilingual Arabic and English is required
