A Reputed Power Generation Company is looking for Business Development Coordinator
Job Description / Responsibility
- Research recent, current, and upcoming government projects, tenders, and development programs.
- Monitor government portals, ministry notices, procurement platforms, newspapers, and official circulars for project opportunities.
- Analyze project scope, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, financial viability, and strategic fit for the company.
- Shortlist suitable opportunities and submit recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, legal, and operational inputs for project evaluation.
- Liaise with government officials, departments, agencies, and related stakeholders to obtain project information and clarification.
- Arrange meetings, correspondence, and follow-up with public sector bodies to support business development efforts.
- Assist in preparing EOIs, tender documents, proposals, capability statements, and presentations.
- Track deadlines, submission requirements, compliance items, and approval status of all targeted projects.
- Maintain a database of identified projects, contacts, communications, and progress updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline opportunities, status, risks, and outcomes.
- Support management in strategic planning for public sector market expansion.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or related discipline.
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.
- Skills Required: Government Procurement, Tender Processing, Government Liaison, Note Taking, IT Knowledge, Searching Skill, Analytical and research skills
