We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive sales and strategic partnerships across the UAE. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy sales leader who excels at navigating government relationships and closing complex, data-driven deals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, with a heavy focus on Public Sector sales.
- Tech Savvy: Proven track record of selling AI-based, data-driven, or advanced tech solutions.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Competencies: Advanced negotiation skills and a strong "closer" mindset.
Key Metrics (KPIs)
- Achieving 75%+ of assigned sales targets.
- Maintaining a pipeline of at least 7 high-value leads.
- A 50% shortlist rate on submitted proposals.
The Mission
- Sales Growth: Own and achieve aggressive sales targets by identifying leads and closing deals with strategic local partners.
- Government Relations: Build and maintain high-level relationships with government entities to drive public sector sales.
- Bid Leadership: Manage the end-to-end bid process, including tenders and consortia strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional trends, competitors, and price sensitivity to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
